The current output from the photodiode is very small, so the current is amplified by a factor of 1010 and then amplified accordingly to the brightness of the photometric target and recorded numerically. The time constant of the circuit is 0.3 seconds. Three different diaphragms (1 mm/0.7', 1.5 mm/1.1' and 2.2 mm/1.6') were prepared and used according to the seeing. Normally, 1.5 mm diaphragms were used, but in cases of poor seeing, the diaphragms were switched to 2.2 mm diaphragms. |

The A/D converter consists of a 12-bit TSC8702EHG (manufactured by National
Semiconductor) and acquires 15 data per second. I have createde two sets of the same photometer to prepare for accidents. |
